GHK scientific furniture in modular construction using decorative high-pressure laminate sheets (HPL compact boards according to DIN EN 438), with anti-bacterial finish if desired, for rooms with high demands on functionality, aesthetics and sustainability. The panel material is remarkable for:

Base and wall cabinets, tall and top cabinets are all made of high-quality HPL compact material. Sides, bottoms and fronts consist of 13 mm boards, the back of 3 mm sheets. All edges with milled and chamfered surface. Circumferential hollow chamber seals in body and bottom to improve hygiene.
The doors have robust roller belts with an opening angle up to 270° coordinated specifically with 13 mm HPL boards. Standard bow-type handle, VA polished, 15 mm wide, for optimal handling.
Base levellers adjustable with 10 mm HPL cover or – if desired – forward base installation to be covered with floor cover on site. Back panels are set into the sides’ grooves and bonded with the body.
Wall cabinets have two-dimensionally adjustable fittings and are mounted on the on-wall rail.
Drawer cabinets are furnished with robust full pull-out drawers accessible into the last corner. These drawers have a soft-closing feature in their last centimetres, therefore no open drawers.
Worktops are made of 13 mm HPL and doubled to 26 mm in their visible parts. Fitted or undermount sinks are made of stainless steel. Worktops of 38 mm thickness are manufactured from mineral material, optionally with upstand or beaded edging at the wall. Fitted and undermount sinks are available in different colours in the same material. In this version, a jointless finish – also across corners – is possible.

The System
ISO standard cabinets made of HPL compact material fit all modular systems of various manufacturers on the market. You can order separately from a manufacturer of your choice, or we order your equipment as required and adjust all modular parts at our factory so that you can use your system right after the final assembly.
If you don’t want to work with a modular system, we can offer 8 mm shelves as accessories which can be inserted into the module’s sides instead of ABS baskets.
