The System
Wall protection system WS-020 made of HPL compact sheet with molded upper edge
-postforming elements rounded in notch technique and poured with 2-K PU-material, the outer radius is 15 mm.
The hidden underconstruction is fastened with aluminium rails on the walls and sheets.
Wall protection over 300 mm high is fastened with two pairs of system rails one above the other.
The mounted wall protection element is sealed all around with silicon sealant of your choice.

The System
Wall surface heating using 15 mm copper pipes with heat conduction plates is installed into the OR wall system GHK-OPS. The heat is transmitted as surface radiation from the heat conduction plate of the heating element via the HPL wall panel into the OR.
Output:
ca 150 Watt/m2 at 45°C flow temperature
Connection:
Serial connection to the supply and return pipes on site by heating trade.
Check for tightness before mounting of wall panels!
The System
Washing facilities in the OR area of a hospital are needed for disinfection of the OR team’s hands before and after an operation.
They are realisable as washing facilities for 1 to 4 washstands or double facilities made of either a solid surface material, HPL or stainless steel plate according to customer requirements.
The facilities are equipped with long lever fittings (or with optoelectronic control, if desired) and dispensers for liquid soap and disinfectant.

The System
This element for outgoing air fits flush into the GHK wall systems expanding the advantages of HPL material to these construction parts. Simple cleaning in the canal is guaranteed by opening the revolving door. This door is equipped with two fluff filters made of VA material. Size according to ambient air requirements.
Removable stainless steel fluff screens in accordance with the volume flow (for example LMC Flusept) are mounted in the transparent front panel; optionally an inspection door for the complete cleaning and disinfection of the canal can be added.
